    "Dancing forever and a day..."
from Monday, September 13, 2010 to Monday, October 11, 2010
Barclays Bank, Avenue George V, Paris 8

Benno Graziani was one of the original staff of Paris Match in 1949, with Daniel Filipacchi and Willy Rizzo. He left the magazine in 2000, with short defections to Le Figaro Magazine and Point de Vue in between.
A few lines cannot do justice to the wealth of stories he covered throughout his career. He was an outstanding photojournalist, reporter and chief-of-staff. He was even the inspiration for the main character of Fellini’s La Dolce Vita.
The Metropolitan Museum of New York exhibited a series of his photographs of Jackie Kennedy in 2000. The exhibition moved on to the Musee des Arts Decoratifs in Paris in 2001.
Galerie Photo 12 in Paris, founded by Valerie-Anne Giscard
d’Estaing, is proud to be showing 30 of his photographs. They
capture the roaring energy of the 1950’s and 60’s.
Benno Graziani’s friends were themselves prominent players on the Scene, and his images fix them forever in our memory of the period.
